Smales Farm Ortho and Eastridge Ortho are closed for the Xmas break from the 21st December and our normal hours resume on the 9th of January. You can still book appointments online for new patients in 2023. In the unlikely event that you have an orthodontic emergency during the Xmas period our dental clinics at Smales Farm and Eastridge are open 9am – 4pm. New Patients
Book an appointmentWe love welcoming new patients to our practices – braces to Invisalign, young and old, we just make it straight forward. There is no need to be embarrassed at any age and no referral is required to get going.
Step 01
Choose the location that suits you best. Smales Farm on Aucklands North Shore or Eastridge in the Eastern Bays.
Step 02
Book in for a new patient examination ($295) with specialist orthodontist Dr Tania Hetz. Booking an appointment is easy. You can book online, call one of the practices, or email.
Step 03
At your consultation, an assessment will be done to assess if you or your child are ready or not for Orthodontic treatment. If you are not ready, we will place you on our recall system at an interval we feel is right for you.
Step 04
If you, or your child or teen is ready for treatment – great, its time to get a full set of records. A full set of records includes a comprehensive orthodontic assessment – intra and extra oral images – a full 3D scan (photograph) and a cephalometric radiograph if required. This appointment takes approximately 45 minutes and is $260.
Step 05
Dr Tania Hetz will decide based on your records the best course of treatment and present these options to you. Our planning software allows us to give a computer generated outcome of what your treatment may look like when finished. Once all your questions have been answered we can order your custom made aligners and make a start. A full range of interest free payment options are available.
Step 06
Good stuff – you are on your way to getting those teeth straight.
